I’m starting my barber collection at home. What do you recommend for a diy at home clipper? I really want to buy the magic clip cordless, and I also want to do my son’s hair

Very well Kris, but, it would of be of a big help a price range of the tools shown on this video. I think is the only thing missing on this video, other than that very well explained, informative, and straight to the point. Thanks…

Hey Kris, can you please recommend the bet and strongest clippers for my thick hair beard ? I need to treem it every two three weeks and regular trimmers cant cut my tough hairs, only stong clippers like oster 76 etc.
So I liked your wahls clippers so which one I sjould use for tough hairs beard? Thanks

  11. GRAdvisers on February 6, 2021 at 8:34 pm

This was quite an interesting lecture. I think the Wahl five star detailer/liner is what I need for my beards and the corners of my ears. Can you give me the link to your clipper-over-comb tutorial? Keep the good work up!

My gf cuts my hair with Wahl Balding and I have to use 1.2 mm plastic adjuster on it. With out it cuts skin. When she tried to clean up neck without spacer I bled everywhere:)

  13. Rodolfo Mendez on February 6, 2021 at 8:36 pm

I bought a whal designer and have a straight razor.. can those retailers be also for balding use? I am going to try and do my own hair once I had those guards I need and a shaver.. my hair is to successfully do a drop fade on myself it’s pretty hard for a starter but love your centennial bro💪🏽💪🏽 your video was nice and straight to the point love it!

  15. MARGARET SHIPMAN on February 6, 2021 at 8:39 pm

Can you give me some advice?   I bought a pair of Andis Envy 66215,
I can’t get rid of the clatter. It is tolerable if the screw is
tightened fully but then the blade and the edge are squinty.  My husband
says it snags his hair. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I tried to contact Andis but have had no response from them.

  16. the kingfisher on February 6, 2021 at 8:39 pm

If I was blindfolded listening to you, I’d think Tim Tebow became a barber. You sound just like him.

  27. Morpheus on February 6, 2021 at 8:51 pm

I cut my son’s hair at home so i can save money. I have a pair of Wahl 5-Star Magic Clippers (#8451)…….it does the job pretty well but here’s my question. My wife and I both like our son’s hair short and when I say short I mean 1/16th to 1/32 of an inch away from bald. What I usually do is let his hair grow out to about 1/4 of an inch and cut it down pretty short.

I wanted to know if there are a pair of clippers I can use to bring his hair from say 1/8 of an inch to 1/32 of an inch…..the reason is because I want his hair to become too bushy before I start cutting it. As I said before I like to keep his hair short consistently. However, the clippers I currently have don’t allow me to take his hair from approximately 1/8 of an inch to 1/32 of an inch. Do I just let his hair keep growing out before I cut it or are there another pair of more precise clippers I can invest in?

I hope that made sense. Any input would be appreciated!

are you talking to a fan?

  47. AMC on February 6, 2021 at 9:15 pm

If the biggest guard I have available to me is a 1”is there a possible way to stack them or attach them to get a larger cut.(say like attach a 3/4 to a 1” and then a 1/4 to the 3/4 so you have 2”
