I can’t believe that it’s illegal to dye eyebrows…. I’ve been dying mine for years! While getting my hair done I would dye them at the same time… the actual stylist wouldn’t do it but would let me. I had to, I’m so blond that 90% of my eyebrows are transparent. Hope everyone has a great day! 🤗🙂
