If your going to cut your own hair do not try this haircut lol This isn’t a mid fade for anyone wondering the back is way to high it looks uneven with the sides I wouldn’t recommend trying this at home on yourself I’d recommend using the 3or 4 guard to start the sides on and to keep it dark on the ridge depending how long your hair is on the top and start lower with your first guide line to have more room to play with!

I only have a hair clipper without a lever…I can’t seem to find a video on YouTube showing how to do it with such a clipper 🙁
All the girlfriends and wives that are here to do their own significant others hair. My bf doesn’t like how his barber keeps messing up his hair. So, I bought him a new shaver and have been watching videos to figure out how to do the fade he wants. This is one video he really likes the hairstyle of. If his hair’s gonna get messed up every time he gets it cut he’d rather I do so practicing to do his hair the way he wants it for free.
Idk but that barber needs a serious tip after all that scalp toying in the end.

All that shit he did at the beginning he did with the no guard then clicking up the clipper with the no guard is hard and takes time because he ended up not being able to get rid of that line so he went higher with the foil shavers. Still a good cut though. Shit is an art and there are lots of different hair thickness and thinness to deal with.

You did a nice job on the fade but this cut doesnt suit the client. That’s not your fault mind you, but he looks better without the high skin-tight fade, he should keep more coverage on the sides like before the cut and just clean it up with a much less aggressive low taper.

Bro the fade is not bad… but there is not any shape… you should follow the concave shape that start with the t-blade… it wasn’t a concave shape but you was close… you have to learn how to create a shape then to choose a top shape to connect the side with the top… on the back is… 🙈mess… not square not round not convex or concave…trying to look like a quiff but is not a quiff because you don’t know the shapes and how to graduate a quiff….
