River Phoenix Running on Empty Haircut – TheSalonGuy
After a TONNNN of requests for this, I decided to create a video based on River Phoenix hairstyle from the movie ” Running on Empty”.
I cut the nape to about 1 inch, then blended it to about 3 1/2 inches on top then to 4-5 in the front. The sides are 1 inch then blend to about 4 1/2 in the corners.
I used Tidal Wave to style.
