This is brilliant thank you and well done, nice teaching style. And sick tunes
Been a barber all my life. I tried this several years ago and had minimal success. Did exactly as you did. The blades won’t stay as sharp for as long as a new blade..Clipper blade oil is actually mineral oil-which is way cheaper that named blade lube.
Thank you! What a great, simple, approachable way of sharpening blades! Again, thanks.
Informative and wholesome, thank you!
Great job guy’s! Thanks for the help.
Liked and Subbed for the BAND PEFORMANCE, am getting bald anyway!!
I like it. Good video.
Wonderful video! Love the music too!
By the way.. The music was really cool !!!
Hello bro, I love how you teach thanks
Hey man can you teach us how to clean blades after sharpening with home remedies
Perfact idea good job sir I try on my machine but I have not perfect tecnick
Thank you.vimal india
I’m not a blade grinder, but I am a professional grinder. I would reccomends you use scotch brite to deburr it, and give it a better finish. Sandpaper causes a more raw finish, and this is bad because the blades sit on each other and basically ossilates on the surface you just grooved out with sandpaper.
From Iran: Fantastic.Enjoyed watching this video.
I kindly say… I suppose this method will work, but if you were to sharpen my blades like this, you would be buying me new blades… LOL .. Too each their own, I suppose.. Good luck
I have to try what you showed !
You are the best presenter/teacher I have seen on the tube.
Luv the intro. Super helpful tip. I never thought about sharpening my clipper blades until today ๐
Even 220 seems very coarse. Why not a higher grit?

When the student is ready the teacher appears. Masterclass on how to teach. Bonus for the music.
When I was a teenager in the 70s, I learned this from my barber. He used 200 and 400 grit on a piece of plywood. I still have my dad’s old clippers I cut his hair with.
When people talk about not all heroes wear capes, they are talking about people like you!!! Thank you so much!!!! I just subscribed to say thanks, & will encourage others to do the same. ๐ ๐๐ธ๐ถ
Mighty, mighty cool! And what a great Dad to get the music in there too!! Love you guys! (You too dad)
hahaha nice video you have just shared…. thanks for your effort… you deserve 1,000,000 subs to override no. of your viewers….
Didnโt know sharping clipper blades was a thing! Only ass hats and haters would downvote this!
Very classy
I’m a subscriber to your videos.
I found and bought the HYDE block that’s in your videos, on Amazon.com. But Blade Boost is no longer available, except on a single website that I won’t list by name, for $22.00 a bottle with postage and handling. Do you know of a cheaper substitute for it, such as a product that I found on Amazon.com, that’s called Blade Wash? Do you think that this will work too, and do you know of other cheaper substitutes too that might work instead of Blade Boost?
