How can people dislike this??
Improving yourself is essentially ‘changing who you are in order to be who you want to be.’ Changing yourself is changing yourself, not faking yourself. But at first you have to ‘fake’ in order to solidify that "act" into a reality. Taking psychology courses, I can tell you this is psych 101 and is factually accurate that if you "fake" thinking/being a certain way, eventually you will become who you pretend to be. It’s the hum way of adaptation. Weird but true.
