    I have researched forever and I feel that every single manufacturer just is missing the mark power is what I want. I need to clipper that will blow through hair and I can’t find one to keep up with me. Currently using the corded babyliss pro and its pretty good but the blades are garbage. Wont even get me a month with regular cleaning before the start snagging.

    The cordless magic clip has moved to rotary motors. I think yours has the v9000, but the one I got in 2019 had the rotary.

    I have been cutting hair for 15 years (7 years professionally). Within the past 7 years working in a shop, the FIRST and ONLY clipper I started with was the corded Wahl Senior. I used Clippercide spray on it at the end of each day and oiled it after the spray. Throughout the years, the cord near the clipper was so worn out I even used electrical tape AND zip ties to told it together for years to come. This clipper wire finally gave out yesterday and shorts itself at certain angles, and I told myself it was time to go. The corded Senior is one of the more expensive corded clippers from Wahl and you really pay for quality (not like the $15 Wahl from Walmart). I have used this exact clipper for 7+ years every single day as a professional and have cut 22,000+ haircuts with it. I am absolutely mind blown byy its durability. Because it’s electromagnetic, people tell me my clipper is insanely quiet even after 22,000+ haircuts. After 6 haircuts, you basically get paid this clipper. I would even buy this clipper even if it was $1000 because after 7 years, that is an insane investment; if you think about it, this exact clipper has made me SO SO SO MUCH MONEY for the chunk of my life. I’m completely changing my ways and trying something new by going cordless on both main clipper and trimmer (Wahl 1919 & Wahl Beret).
