How do I know if the guards fit my clippers? Do they all fit all clippers?

  2. Mahmoud Mahmoud on January 22, 2021 at 7:39 pm

    What clipper name

  3. *WJ* on January 22, 2021 at 7:40 pm

Hi! Can use wahl guards on oster fast feed ?

  4. a m on January 22, 2021 at 7:40 pm

I want my beard to be a 2.5 around my chin. The problem is I only have #2 and #3 and no lever. Is #1.5 with the grain the same length as #2.5 against the grain?

  5. Christian 7o2 on January 22, 2021 at 7:42 pm

Do you know how to clean your guards?

  6. M P on January 22, 2021 at 7:42 pm

I am new and am trying to cut my own hair. What is the difference between blades and guards? Like do I need to keep changing the blades every time I am trying to fade? Which I think would seem a bit excessive. What blades do I need to get if I have a 1/4 000 on my Oster classic 76? Can I use that blade and just change the guards? I’m confused.

  7. Kenneth Pollard on January 22, 2021 at 7:45 pm

Is guards, combs, guides all the same thing ?

  8. G Fabie on January 22, 2021 at 7:47 pm

Even more confused in the end.

  9. Margot Amaro on January 22, 2021 at 7:48 pm

YOU HAVE A NICE EXPLANATION OF EACH COMB, BUT YOU NEED TO DO A VIDEO HOW TO USE EACH ONE. THANKS

  12. Marco Torres on January 22, 2021 at 7:50 pm

  13. boltsis on January 22, 2021 at 7:52 pm

  14. Brian O on January 22, 2021 at 7:53 pm

Can you make a video on how to use electric clippers for guys who have had scalp micropigmentation (Andis)?

  15. Djcjv _ on January 22, 2021 at 7:56 pm

    Are the whal guards good?

  16. Laura Cardenas on January 22, 2021 at 7:56 pm

Confusing video. They should just show each guard, how it cuts, how much it cuts. Saying all the numbers and pointing out the guards doesn’t really help.

  17. Michael R on January 22, 2021 at 7:57 pm

Thank you for this explanation!! You are the man! 👍🏼

  20. Sida Amirouche on January 22, 2021 at 8:03 pm

Does andis magmatic guard feet any whal clippers ?

  21. Ryan Blessed on January 22, 2021 at 8:05 pm

I just feel like having guards and the level is more easier to blend; I’ve never used detachable guards mostly because the numbers confuse me for example like 00000, 1A, 1AA ect.

  22. Max Nguyen on January 22, 2021 at 8:07 pm

Can someone help me? My andis guards gets scratched by my clipper blade on my cordless master when I close it all the way. Any suggestions?

  23. Heather Barbour Stonebarger on January 22, 2021 at 8:07 pm

Thank you. L9ve your videos man. I use the oster 76 with metal blades and my haircuts always turn out better with them! They are extra powerful so I can get the job done

  24. troy sanchez on January 22, 2021 at 8:08 pm

    Repite ese vídeo en español

  25. charmi patel on January 22, 2021 at 8:09 pm

Can you make video how to blend no 3 guards sides and back

  26. Mutakabbir on January 22, 2021 at 8:10 pm

I love fading with detachable clippers it’s good to see a Barber on YouTube that use detachable for fading

  27. Margot Amaro on January 22, 2021 at 8:10 pm

WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS WHAT SECTION O PART OF THE HAIR WHAT CLIPPER TO USE, POR EXAMPLE TO THE BACK, THE MIDDLE AND THE TOP. THANK YOU WAITING FOR YOUR ANSWER.

  28. 540Rion on January 22, 2021 at 8:10 pm

I liked the video, just wish it went more in depth on measurements.

  29. Alexander Sandino on January 22, 2021 at 8:14 pm

At 5:51 when you talk about the 1A (1.25) you say for wahl it’s like a 1 with the lever all the way open ? Wouldn’t all the way open equal to the 1 1/2 guard (1.5) ? Isn’t it more like half way open to create the 1A (1.25) instead ?

  30. Gm Mustafa on January 22, 2021 at 8:15 pm

    How much saudi riyal

  31. Krys The Man on January 22, 2021 at 8:15 pm

    Andis does make a 1 1/2

  32. Joe Perea on January 22, 2021 at 8:17 pm

  37. kennethxtam on January 22, 2021 at 8:20 pm

does the brand or price of the guards matter

  38. Isshman Garcia on January 22, 2021 at 8:20 pm

Blades are 1000% the better way to go. I started off w Oster 76 and never looked back. Cuts come out smoother and faster. Time is money!

  39. redsox789 on January 22, 2021 at 8:22 pm

so 0.5 guard closed lever is the same as no guard with lever opened correct?

  40. Safi Shahzad on January 22, 2021 at 8:24 pm

    I need chargeable

  41. ESA on January 22, 2021 at 8:26 pm

Can clipper guides be used in trimmers? Are they generally the same size? Just getting into cutting my hair due to covid.

  42. Arnie Rodriguez on January 22, 2021 at 8:27 pm

Wow. You’re a fantastic educator!! Thanks!

  43. DJ Gemini504 on January 22, 2021 at 8:31 pm

Who make that 2 1/2 detachable blade?

  44. jimareas on January 22, 2021 at 8:31 pm

    Nice video thanks
Just got the Oster 97 recently. Does the Andis magnetic fit on the Oster blades ? I have the #0000 that the clipper came with. I’m asking cos I’m trying to find attachment combs to fit and I read somewhere that most of Andis attachments fit the Oster 76/97. Any advice would help thanks.

  45. Charlie MMAFAN on January 22, 2021 at 8:32 pm

Instead of saying the numbers you should say the lengths like 1 inch or 25 mm or whatever that way people know how long each hair guards is.

  46. Matias Hernandez on January 22, 2021 at 8:34 pm

    Karmin is my preference😎

  47. Ja & Rob on January 22, 2021 at 8:35 pm

    Great Job!

  48. cOrRie813BeArDeD on January 22, 2021 at 8:36 pm

Is there a black premium wahl Zero guard

  49. DJ Gemini504 on January 22, 2021 at 8:36 pm

Big brother who makes that 2 1/2???

  50. Oh Shiitake Mushrooms Fan on January 22, 2021 at 8:37 pm

The 3 1/2 detachable blade is equivalent to your 3 guard closed, the 2 3/4 detachable blade is equivalent to your 2 guard open so it’s a 2 1/2, the 2 detachable blade is equivalent to your 2 guard closed, the 1 3/4 detachable blade is equivalent to your 1 1/2 guard closed or the 1 guard open, the 1 1/2 detachable blade is equivalent to your 1 guard halfway open so it’s a 1 1/4, the 1A detachable blade is equivalent to your 1 guard closed, the 1 1/4 detachable blade is equivalent to your 0 guard halfway open so it’s 3/4, the 1 detachable blade is equivalent to your clippers all the open so it’s a 1/2 and it’s basically the same thing as your 0 guard closed, the 0A detachable blade is equivalent to your clippers halfway open so it’s a 1/4, the 000 detachable blade is equivalent to your clippers all the way closed so it’s a 0, the 00000 detachable blade is equivalent to your trimmers
