Great interview and love it! I’ve been familiar with HPA for years but they’re always been ‘out there’ and never a focus. As mentioned multiple times in this vid, the lightbulb went off. One comment: at about 46min Kim mentions she’s never had a contract fall out due to inspection items. A couple of years back I had a listing and got a HPA offer, and during inspections they found polybutylene pipe and withdrew without any further discussion – so there are (or were) at least a few items that are ‘hard stop’ for them.
