Those don’t come with the real zero gap, and you have to create that zero gap. Were the blades taken off and made even? I did that to mine, and I have to use mine real light or I will get cut.

Hi. I bought a new zero gapped trimmer but it’s not cutting as cleanly as I would like. I try to shape up my beard myself but it never looks good enough. I’ve been having this issue for years with trimmers I zero gapped myself such as the Andis Slimline Pro Li and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Can you help?

It took mine about 2 months to arrive. I’ve used it 2 or 3 times – really wasn’t impressed. I wanted more.
I regret buying this trimmer and my friend – I go to YouTube for real reviews because the reviews that come with the commercial of the product has every saying how great it is and have to get one today — I bought one and it must have been the bootleg one from Amazon because the plastic bridge that you suppose to adjust didn’t even have screws to loosen and adjust —

Don’t buy any clippers or trimmer off Facebook. They upcharge and it takes too long to ship. They don’t even have the product in stock, they order dropped from China, after you pay them. That’s my experience. Two weeks later and I still don’t have a tracking number, and they finally responded telling me that suppliers don’t have it because workers are not allowed to gather due to Covid 19, and they might have it in 8-9 days. So, all that being said, just order off AliExpress.com, and cut out the middle man, save the extra money, and pay no shipping. I ordered the fake Babyliss Gold Skeleton. I just want a refund, at this point.

Naw bruh, tell them how you have to adjust it and how much of a pain it is…lets keep these reviews real. I got a pair, I cut hair on the side and these things are trash. I had to adjust them several times and out the box, you will not get a good trim. Throwing these things away. Worthless.
