Fred Moss is an expert in his field. The 65-year-old has been cutting hair for most of his life and says that one has to be an artist in order to cut someone’s hair. His shop is situated on 4th avenue in Melville and brings in customers of all ages. Fred has cut hair for four generations of men and will continue to do so until he cannot anymore. He shares some of his tips and techniques he has learnt over the years.
