Very professional video. Good layout and informative. Well done. Finish with a spray of Aventus?
lol such a pro video, but 500 subs
His line should be, "My cuts can get you laid or paid."
This Master Barber is so down to earth, very refreshing to hear his thoughts. Thank you for sharing. 🙏
Very nice vid. I wish there were more like this. Cheers!
Guy goes into a barber shop and asks for a Tony Curtis. Barber cuts his hair and shows him the cut. That’s not a Tony Curtis says the customer. It would be if he got his hair cut here, says the barber
great interview!
heard about Shorty in San Diego, thank you for interviewing him. great video
On point. plain and simple
Great tips! I will go more prepared for my next haircut! I also really appreciate the social aspect of classic-style barber shops and yes, turn off the f*cking iPhone and have a conversation!!! 🙂 thanks for sharing!
He got layed because of his Haircut ! Haha that is God Level ! ✊🏽
I like the logo on his work shirt reminds me of the freemasons..
great interview and vodeo. thanks my friend.
Amazing Barber . Great words . Inspires me to become a better barber and do more on my part for the client
Masonic Barber! The Symbolism
A lot of negligent barbers out here today.
Good Man!
Cool guy!
whats the difference between a barber and a master barber ?
Do they also cut African-American hair?
Great tips! If anyone needs help with customer scheduling, inventory management, POS, Facebook integrations, product reservation, etc. Artemiz is a great cloud-based solution that can make life a lot easier as a barbershop owner a whole lot easier. i have been a barber for 34 years and years, so people who are just starting out in the trade should listen to this master barber…reason maybe because he has seen it all..well almost, understand that calling an older guy sir is not demeaning to yourself and nor is putting their jacket on. its all part of your job as a barber. its just like life you have to earn respect. and respect to this fellow barber.
How does this video not have more views. What a crime!
I’ve owned many barbershops w/ many barbers that worked w/ me. Today at 62, I am at peace in a one chair shop where all I do is play soft music and cut hair; moreover, I DISCOURAGE TALKING. I am not their psychologist or their friend, but I am their best barber.
Great video, it kept me interested the whole time.
That was really good. Great video.
In my 18 years of life, I have never once been to a Barber Shop. My mom always did it herself, or she took me to a salon. It eas till about last year that I really started caring about how my hair looks, and trying different styles. Then I realized how difficult my hair is to look decent. Having curly hair really throws a wrench in the works as I can’t have one of those "comb once and done" haircuts that I envy so much. And using product doesnt really seem to help. I’m going to a barber shop tomorrow for the first time, and hoping to come out with a fresh new cut. Thanks for this video, now I know some ofnthe basucs before I get in there and just tell them "a little off the top".
"Stay off your fuckin iPhone and talk to somebody."
Shorty is my new hero.
Yeah the barber guy with the funny beard that don’t match his hair is saying that he would shave someone’s head because they asked for his advice. What a nincompoop…. corny mofos. Dude is full of crap. Just cut hair. Give genuine advice. What the fuck is a social?? This is 2017 not 1951. You square greaser.
it was an Ok video. but I only came from one certain point of view. in the black neighborhoods. the barbershop never left. so why did he leave in other neighborhoods is my question. maybe you should do a video on that
loved the video
I understand it’s more about the message than the quality of the video, I don’t expect a masterpiece, but maybe think about a better microphone, or at least try to stop the cutting out/popping that happens quite frequently in the video. It not only distorts the audio but distracts from the message. Otherwise, good stuff
at 5:12 the barber was not even pulling the skin tight when shaving the neck…wtf?? unprofessional. smh
that’s one suspicious looking logo
Hi, you mentioned your from San Francisco. Cool, I was raised in Cupertino right next door. I moved to Redding, Ca. about 10 yrs ago. Can’t find a decent Barber withinn 250 miles of this town. My 13 yr old son rocks a 4 inch pompador. I have to drive him over 3 hrs for a decent haircut. WTH!! Now he’s looking to do some hair tattoo designs on his head. Can’t find anyone local to do it, and that sucks! It would be awesome if you could recommend a place around our town. So you know of any? I’ve looked and can’t find anyone in town that doesn’t hack my son’s head. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Have a great day…
nope his line should be fades that get you laid!
great way to view your career. keep it up. Straight Edge Barbershop Amarillo Texas
‘We know that you know that you can’t look like Brad Pitt’ 😀
Exactly what my barber said to me.
I got a haircut from the barbershop! awesome! will be back!
wtf kinda barbershop is this
Found excellent insights on many things,.. It does matter in an understanding of a world grown smaller and closer.
freemasons are so gay lmao
I have 20 minutes to spare, cut my hair. Do your job and cut the crap. You have been away from Italy for far too long. I walk into an Italian barber shop, he knows immediately.
Bro this is a straight talk video. In my opinion, the best barber video that isn’t a "How To…" but one that appeals to this Master Barber by simply keeping it real.
By the way, I like your interesting barber logo.
Much success; keep it real and stay honest…
Memphis Barber
You did a great job with this video looking forward to your next……

Yeah he sounds kinda pretencious
… the 2 "thumbs down" are women…
Great video, but saying these are tips…. is almost an insult! 😉 What you say in this video is how a Barbershop should realy be and what it should stand for!! it is exactly how I run my Barbershop in Europe! We should talk about a world wide Syndicate of Barbers…
Me; Barber since 1989 and dedicated to our profession with heart and soul. Clean cuts, perfect shaves for every man no matter where he’s from or who he is! A man is a man and we make sure he stays that way!

Hello. New subscriber. Great video. I’m 60 and have been going to barbers all my life. I thought I was a good client. I was definitely making some mistakes. I’m 6 months in my beard and have an appointment with a new barber for a beard trim and haircut and now I now how to get the best out of my haircut and experience and also be welcomed back into the shop. Thanks.
